We took everything back to the studs, installed reclaimed White Oak floors with a 5% white hard wax oil finish & built a new closet.
We designed custom millwork for the bay windows — casings, mullions, jambs, stiles & recessed panels — & replaced the baseboards, doors & frames, plinth blocks & crown moldings. Olde Brick Lighting made the fixtures.
The Pioneer Millworks reclaimed 4” Modern Casual Farmhouse White Oak is random length tongue & groove with a micro-bevel. Farrow & Ball James White, Studio Green & Cromarty. Benjamin Moore Simply White. Door knobs & hinges have a black matte finish.
