Demolition of a 1940s bathroom & decrepit closet revealed a skylight. The new laundry room is accessed by sliding barn doors.
When the Rustica frosted glass barn doors with industrial black matte hardware are closed, an antique window by the linen closet brings more light into the hallway. Under the appliances and utlity sink is hexagon tile. Reclaimed White Oak covers the rest of the third floor.
